Coverage and investigation
Most calls come in after something has already happened. A gas station gets hit twice in a month, or a warehouse loses inventory nobody can account for, or a property manager finds a door that has been propped open every night for a year.
The first thing we do is come out and look. An officer walks the property with you, in daylight and again after dark when the problem is a night problem, and writes down where an intruder would get in. What comes back to you names the gate, the camera pointed at nothing, and the hour when nobody is watching.
You decide how much coverage the property needs from there, and we staff it with officers holding current Oklahoma licenses, armed or unarmed, for one shift or around the clock.

Every service we staff
Site security assessment
We walk the property and hand back an ordered list of where somebody gets in and what to fix first. Owners who do this before ordering hardware stop paying for cameras aimed at the wrong door.
Book a walkthroughArmed and unarmed officers
Licensed officers work the post in uniform for a shift, a season, or permanently, and every incident goes into a written report. The supervisor over them answers his phone.
Talk about coveragePatrol
Marked vehicles run checks on a pattern nobody watching the property can predict, and every pass is logged with the time it happened.
Ask about patrolHOA and neighborhoods
Homeowner associations and managed property get marked patrol at random hours, gate posts, vacation checks, and amenity coverage, all of it reported in writing to the board.
HOA securityEvents and door staff
We staff crowd management, entry control, ID and bag checks, and the door itself at venues, private events, church functions, and community gatherings.
Cover an eventExecutive and VIP protection
Close protection that moves with the client and covers transport, arrivals, and advance work at the venue. The detail is built to go unnoticed.
Discuss a detailCivil unrest coverage
A situation developing near your property gets staffed that day, so the building, the people in it, and the stock inside stay covered until it passes.
Get coverage in placeRetail and fuel
Stores that are getting hit get overnight presence on the floor, and the staff get trained on what to do the next time it happens.
Stop the patternTransport and escort
An officer stays with the cash, the product, or the person from the departure through to the arrival at the far end.
Arrange an escortJob sites and facilities
Copper, tools, and fuel walk off job sites overnight, so we staff standing coverage or scheduled checks at active sites, yards, and unoccupied facilities.
Cover a siteAccess points and monitoring
We cover parking lots, entry points, and residential monitoring, and we work out where the cameras belong before anybody buys one.
Plan the coveragePrivate investigation
We take theft and loss investigations, employee misconduct, incident documentation, and case support for attorneys, businesses, and individuals.
Start a caseInsurance that lowers your exposure
Earnest Security and Private Investigation Services has been a licensed Oklahoma security agency under law enforcement ownership since 1992. Every officer is licensed and bonded as the state mandates, and every assignment carries general liability, workers' compensation, assault and battery, and errors and omissions coverage.
Certificates of insurance go out the same business day to the school, district, association, or property owner that asks for one. Tell us who the certificate needs to name when you ask, because the name on it is what makes it worth having.
Carriers price a documented, licensed, insured security presence as a mitigating control, so it is worth raising with your own underwriter before you renew. When an incident does happen, the written report and the standing procedure behind it are what the property owner has to show for it.
Carried on every assignment
- General liability coverage
- Workers' compensation
- Assault and battery coverage
- Errors and omissions (E&O)
- All officers bonded as the state mandates
Everything on the record
An incident nobody wrote down is one the property owner cannot prove on the day an insurer or an attorney asks about it.
Detailed incident reports
Officers write reports the way an insurer, an attorney, or a court needs to read them later.
Communication with management
The supervisor over your post answers to the person responsible for the property and takes your call directly.
Law enforcement liaison
Our officers hand over documentation in the format a deputy can work from.
Operational documentation
Post orders, pass logs, and shift records put what was covered and when into a file you can pull months later.
The standard every officer works to
From your call to officers on post
1. Call or write
Tell us what the property is and what has been happening. Five minutes on the phone settles what kind of visit it needs.
2. We walk it
An officer comes out and looks at the property with you at whatever hour the problem happens.
3. Written quote
You get the findings and a price for the coverage they call for. Neither one obliges you to anything.
4. Coverage starts
Officers go on post with written post orders, and you get incident reporting from the first shift forward.
Something already happened?
Call the office. If it is urgent you get an answer about tonight on that call, and the paperwork comes afterward.
